Worcester Boiler Installation

Worcester Boilers from the Bosch Group

Boiler installation Kent will now explain a little more about one of the bestselling boilers on the market.

Worcester boilers are often referred to as Worcester-Bosch boilers, and the company is based in the UK. Originally created by Worcester Engineering Co, it was acquired by Robert Bosch GmbH in 1992, leading to the name change.

There is a number of different boilers available from Worcester-Bosch, including combi and conventional options. There is also a range of heat pumps available to help suit all different needs. It is just one of the reasons the company continues to do well in business.

LPG, Gas and Oil Boilers

Customers can choose from LPG, gas and oil boilers from the group. Each type of boiler offers its own pros and cons. It will depend on the type of fuel used to heat the home, as well as the benefits that customers want to take advantage of. The boilers can be added into the home in a variety of ways. Some are floor-standing options, while others are placed outside of the home or hung internally on the walls.

The renewable technologies are relatively new, as Worcester originally worked with gas and oil boilers only. Some of the different energy sources include air or ground source heat pumps and solar water heating. Solar was the first one to be introduced in 2005, followed by ground source two years later and air source the year after that.

Which Type of Boiler?

There are a few different options for boilers, depending on the model you choose. Some are the regular boilers that run at a highly efficient level. However, combination boilers have become extremely popular, and Worcester-Bosch has created a number of these to suit the demand. System boilers are also available.
